Okay, so obviously, I’m not a big baseball fan. However, I did go to a game with my brothers and father several weeks ago, and I took along my super small and covert Olympus XA. Yes, that marvel of engineering, the smallest rangefinder ever made. It was loaded with some Fuji Superia 200, an always trusty film to get those nice blues and greens. Ironically, I don’t have any pictures of the actual game scanned into the computer yet. Maybe I’ll put those in later. So far, here’s what I have. Enjoy.
Took my Pentax 645N for a stroll with my new 150mm lens. I have to say, the 55mm, 75mm, and 150mm all perform very well. My color balancing skills could use a little work though… The film was Portra 400.
There’s been a bit of a halt in my posts to this blog in recent months. Most of my pictures usually end up on Flickr, but I like to post useful tips here. Soon, I’ll put up a tutorial on ECN-2 processing, but I’ve got to get some images and thoughts together. Until then, here’s a little taste of motion picture film processed in the correct developer. Sorry about the green scratches. That was a mistake that will be discussed when I do the tutorial.
